Shipping Information

Guardian Horse Products ships Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Orders placed before 11:30am AEST (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased can be legally imported into their destination country. Guardian Horse Products is unable to provide refunds for orders that are refused, seized or destroyed due to local import restrictions.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges and handling fees may apply and are determined by your country's customs authority. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services.
